Parking Lots

Paving a new or existing parking lot can be an arduous process, one that requires experts who know precisely what it takes to do a flawless job. This process consists of several steps: preparing, leveling asphalt of low areas, grinding of all transitions, adjusting drainage structures, and other steps unique to each site.

Outline areas and excavate approximately 2" below existing finish grade. Grading and compaction will take place to the sub base foundation of new parking lot. Once sub base foundation of the parking lot is leveled, install the new asphalt.

In summer 2009 Kingsway Paving & Interlocking was contracted to complete a parking lot including the removal of concrete on a commercial properly. We have added some videos to our web site to demonstrate our ability and heavy duty equipment. We also have some pictures posted in our gallery.
